Friday! All week I have enjoyed this detox drink that I learned of from Empowered with Kate. It is super simple, delish and so refreshing on a hot day! She recommends drinking it on an empty stomach; I tend to drink it midday as a pick me up or after my work out.
- Detox Drink from Empowered by Kate
- 48 oz Filtered water
- 2 bags of Green Tea (I use Matcha from Celestial Seasonings)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 T of Apple Cider Vinegar (I prefer Bragg’s)
- 1 t of sea salt (optional – for extra detoxification)
